Return Policy

We at Furnish would like to make sure that you receive the items in fantastic condition 100% of the time. This is why we offer a 7-day Return Policy that covers repair, replacement, refund, or exchange for all items. We encourage you to carefully inspect your item/s upon delivery.


Conditions of 7-day Return and Refund Policy

Please note that this policy is applicable for the following reasons only:

  1. Product is damaged upon delivery

  2. Product is defective

  3. Wrong item delivered

 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind

  2. Defective item due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  3. Discovery of another item

 

Repair, Replacement, and Refund Requests

  1. Repair, Replacement, and Refund requests must be requested within the 7-Day period. The 7-day period starts from the date of item receipt. 

  2. All requests must be sent to service@furnishph.com

  3. Returned products must be undamaged by the user, in its original packaging, or its equivalent. To complete your return, we require a copy of the Sales Invoice as proof of purchase. For items deemed defective, we’d be glad to offer you a free replacement on the product part!

  4. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  6. For the delivery or drop-off of returned items, kindly coordinate with our Customer Service Team for assistance on the different options available.

 

Exchange Requests

  1. Exchange requests must first go through the Return and Refund policies and criteria mentioned above. If the return request is approved, our Customer Service Team will contact you and assist you with your exchange order.

  2. Any order equivalent or below your original purchase amount is eligible for your exchange request. Please note that stock availability & lead times still apply for products requested.

  3. If your order total exceeds the original purchase amount, the additional price can be paid for to complete the order and a Customer Service Representative will assist throughout the whole process.
